Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • Include all original tags and packaging.

  • Not show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear (if hygiene seals have been removed)

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Return Shipping

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
